Physical therapy patients
Physical therapy patients may use appropriate recovery tools when incorporated into their care by their provider.
Training and treatment stress your body on purpose. Strength, mobility, resilience, none of it is built in the session. It’s built in the hours after, while you recover.
Skip that part and it shows. Soreness lingers. Progress stalls. The next session starts from behind.
So we built a room for it. Sauna, cold plunge, compression, and targeted heat and cold, steps from where you train and where you’re treated.
It isn’t a membership to buy or an upsell at the desk. If you train here or you’re treated here, it’s already yours.
No sign-up, no separate fee, no catch. Recovery is built into what you’re already doing.

Members may schedule Recovery Lounge appointments through Jane during EVO’s posted hours and may book as many available appointments as scheduling and equipment availability permit. An EVO coach or provider must set up or approve each service. Recovery Lounge access does not include open-gym, walk-in, or standalone facility access.
Your coach or provider shows you which tools fit what your body needs, and how to use them well.
Each tool does something different. Matched to the day and used together, they help you feel better sooner and keep showing up.
Dry heat that loosens tight muscles, gets blood moving, and hands you a quiet few minutes to unwind. Reach for it to ease soreness, warm up stiff joints, and wind down after a hard day.
Learn more →A short, cold immersion that calms inflammation and leaves you sharp and reset. A go-to after tough training, or when you need to shake off the day and feel awake again.
Learn more →Boots that squeeze the legs in sequence to move blood and flush that heavy, tired feeling. Hands-off, sit-back recovery for legs that did the work.
Learn more →Wearable heat, cold, and vibration aimed at one stubborn spot, the low back, the shoulders, the legs. Loosen it before you train, settle it after.
Suction and hands-on heat and cold for focused relief, easing tension and helping a stiff area move again. Cupping and soft-tissue mobilization are provider-directed clinical techniques performed as part of your care, not self-service Recovery Lounge benefits.
The people who change the most aren’t the ones who train hardest. They’re the ones who keep showing up, week after week, without breaking down.
That’s what recovery buys you. Less soreness that lingers. Fewer flare-ups that cost you a week. More days your body feels ready instead of run down.
And because your coach and your therapist work together, the recovery you do here connects to everything else. What you build in the gym, what you’re rehabbing on the table, it all points the same direction.
A few of the most common moments to book an appointment.
Ease soreness and start rebuilding before it sets in.
Keep the run-down feeling from carrying into the next one.
Give a stubborn area steady attention alongside your care.
Stress, a long day, a short night. Some of recovery is just for the head.
